 Service Writer
The service writer schedules service work
      and suggests additional needed service to customers based on
      the technicians assessment of the vehicle. Desired qualifications
      include high school diploma or the equivalent. Two years of experience
      in a dealership position. General knowledge of vehicle mechanical
      operations. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
      Professional certification from the National Institute for Automotive
      Service Excellence (ASE) preferred. Sales experience preferred.
      Professional appearance.
